He progressed to handling commercial projects at prestigious institutions like UCLA, USC, and CAL STATE LONG BEACH, eventually working on high-profile celebrity residences and multimillion-dollar constructions in Malibu, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and Pacific Palisades.
