is an experienced accounting professional with over 15 years of expertise in financial operations, reporting, and team leadership. She discovered her passion for accounting at the age of 18 and has since built a strong career in the construction industry. N.Z. comes from a role at one of the most innovative companies known for creating some of the world’s most successful water features, where she supported financial operations and contributed to organizational success. N.Z. holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Lutheran University and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters.
